The best six doctors anywhere
And no one can deny it

8.Let’s discus the problem what good health depends on.
Pupils had to prepare the useful information and pictures for our collage Healthy lifestyle. So let’s listen to them.

Group1
They give information about  healthy food.
Group2
They present the information about  sport .
Example There are a few healthy habits which can be followed in daily routine life.
We are sure that fitness and exercises are the main part of the healthy lifestyle.
Don’t always  sit around-exercise regularly- three times a week
Help your parents with the homework- often.
There is nothing like an early morning walk to start with. A good brisk walk of about 30 minutes will recharge your batteries for the day. Avoid polluted areas for a walk. A couple of rounds in a nearby park will pump your spirits up. If you are game for company, motivate your neighbours to join.
Sports Help You Lose Weight. Combining a healthy diet with exercise is the only way to lose weight and keep it off
Sports Can Help Manage Stress
Sports Help You Avoid Disease
Sports Make You Look and Feel Better.

Group3
This group presents the information about healthy habits.
Example.  Habits are acts repeatedly done every day
How can you develop desirable health habits? 1. Provide a schedule for the practice of your health habits.
Personal hygiene. Have a definite time for bathing, brushing of teeth, and dressing. Children should know how to perform each activity properly.
Sleep and rest. Enough time should be given for sleep. Have a definite time when you need to go to bed at night and even the time that you need to wake up. You can also have your siesta time after lunch. Give your body a brief rest like thirty minutes to one hour before starting to work in the afternoon.
Develop habits of neatness and cleanliness. How can you do this? You can start by making your own bed. Keep your shoes, bags and other things clean, neat and orderly. Know where to place your clean as well as your dirty clothes. Learn when and how to hang your dresses properly. Arrange your bedroom to keep it neat, beautiful and clean. Try to follow the motto that “There is a place for everything and everything must be in its place”.
Acquire habits of respect and reverence for elders. Respect for parents and elders is a timeless and valuable tradition that must be instilled early in life
Wear natural clothing
The skin needs to "breathe" in order to remove gaseous and liquid wastes. Wool, cotton, silk -- these are natural. Polyester and other man-made materials hamper our skin's function. These artificial materials also contain undesirable chemical compounds.

Group4 prepares  the information about the positive attitude to  the world.
Examle Good laugh is also very important for our health
Laugh, smile, giggle, make good jokes as often as possible. Try to be friendly and kind if you want to keep your health
When thinking about their health only few people realize that jokes, humor and comedy are truly medicines, in their own right. It has long been established that optimists live longer than pessimists, but now there is some hard evidence that people with a better sense of humor also have longer and healthier lives.
Humor is an invaluable asset in crisis situations, when it helps us calm down and reduce the levels of stress (and all the negative effects stress has on health).
9.The song
Sing, dance and play
That's the way we spend the day
Having fun we can laugh the day way
‘Cause when we sing all day long
We get smart and grow strong while we play

When you sing you can feel your spirits rise
And it makes you feel good inside
When you dance you get good exercise
And that's good for your body and it's good for your mind

So sing, dance and play
We can do it everyday
With Dad and Mom and our whole big family
And if we learn while we play
Singing dancing all the way
Then learning's fun for you and me
