Do you know that 26 September is proclaimed as the European day of Languages?
My colleagues and our pupils like this holiday. It gives us the opportunity to recognize ourselves as the members of the great European community, and it is very important for people living in a small provincial town.
Certainly, it wouldn’t be possible without the help of highly- qualified teachers of our Foreign Languages Teachers’ Union.
Have you got any traditions of celebrating this Day in your school or city? Can you share your ideas with me and other readers?
Hope to hear from you soon,
